Important Information
First-Time Patients
Your first appointment is an initial consultation (60 minutes) where we discuss your concerns, history, and goals. This allows us to develop a proper understanding of your needs before recommending treatment.
Cancellation Policy
We require 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations or missed appointments may incur a fee. This helps us maintain availability for other patients.
Emergency Situations
This practice does not provide emergency psychiatric services. If you are in crisis or experiencing thoughts of harming yourself or others, please contact your nearest emergency department or call the SADAG Suicide Crisis Line at 0800 567 567.
Referrals
While a referral is not required, if you have one from your GP or another healthcare provider, please bring it to your first appointment. This helps ensure comprehensive care and may be required for medical aid claims.
